We could not have had a better more professional realtor! Dee was great! She paid personal attention and offered advice to every detail, such as sending samples of new carpet and linoleum used in the house we were selling. We were out of town. Dee procured estimates for us regarding work that needed to be done, negotiated with workers on our behalf, visually inspected property to keep us up-to-date on appearance, needs, etc. and discussed and advised on a regular basis. She always returned our calls in a timely manner and called us promptly with any new information.

I was interested in a home that another buyer was interested in, and Dee came in on a Sunday, probably her only day off, to write out an offer for me to sign so I could at least have a chance to get the house. To me that is dedication.
